Guava: Provides relief from gas and improves the digestive system if taken with a pinch of rock salt in the morning and afternoon.

Potato: Drinking raw potato juice is useful in relieving flatulence.

Bathua: You can take bathua, also known as pigweed, in a glass of juice or drinking water to relieve gas.

Bitter gourd or bitter melon: Eat cooked and drink the remaining juice, which is highly beneficial for flatulence.

Cinamon: Provides relief from stomachaches caused by flatulence. It takes only a small amount. An overdose can be harmful.

Cloves: Place 5 cloves in boiling water and blend together. Drink ½ cup of the mixture it when it cools down a bit. Repeat three times a day.
